Winnebago Start-Up: The Traveling Candle

November 24, 2012 by JJ in Shop Small with 0 Comments

Peter and Juwels are the candle creators and free-spirited founders of Pollen Arts. A business born out of the quest for freedom and built on the counters of a 1975 Chieftain Winnebago.

Let their reminiscent line of candles with city-brand labels like Florida Water, New England Rum, or Acme Soda Water Pittsburgh, warm your wanderlust-ing heart.  The all natural, clean burning beeswax candles are moulded from vintage bottles that they call, repurposed urban relics which have taken flight on the pages of design magazines like Foam and Country Living – and we can see why!

We hand make every piece, and Pollen Arts started on the tiny tasty-bake-oven style stove in our 1975 Winnebago.
