Have you ever thought about sleeping in your car, van, or motorhome in an un-designated spot? Well, that form of overnight stay is defined as stealth parking.

Yes, it’s free and at times pretty darn convenient for travelers, nomads, and car dwellers alike. However, there are some rules and advice from the pro’s that may keep you and your sleeper on wheels, out of trouble.

Recognizing a discrete location, being mindful of residents, and not drawing attention to yourself with a flashy vehicle or obvious miss-behaviors are key factors. Do you know the do’s and dont’s of Stealth Parking?
