Inside-Out Travel Trailer & Block Party

July 20, 2012 by JJ in Art & Design, Videos with 0 Comments

Reversing the icon, this trailer’s interior has become it’s own outdoor space. The Architects took a classic travel trailer frame, built a black box inclosure around one side that simulates an outdoor environment, then opened up the opposite side, exposing the interior to the actual outdoors. This trailer is literally inside-out.

Designers Anders G. Norman, Max Dengler and Victor Serrander of Re-Make / Re-Model created this socially fueled Black Box Revelation trailer for a block party-like scene at the Trailerpark Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark.

See more photos and watch Re-Make/Re-Model’s video on how Black Box Revelation was built.
