A Chinook Bound For Tomorrowland

September 13, 2012 by JJ in Old Motorhomes, Tiny Motorhomes with 0 Comments

Seeking an adventure into Tomorrowland? Step through the space-age door and into the Chinook Omega. A short lived version of this classic line of RV’s, this 1978 Datsun chassis set up and its futuristic fiberglass camper is a rolling art-ifact.

Chinook’s compact motorhomes with their modern designs continue to influence the industry. For more about Chinook’s history, see The Tin Can Tourist’s Chinook article¬†charting the company’s designs from 1938 through the close of operation in 2005.
