A Chinook Bound For Tomorrowland

September 13, 2012 by JJ in Old Motorhomes, Tiny Motorhomes with 0 Comments

Seeking an adventure into Tomorrowland? Step through the space-age door and into the Chinook Omega. A short lived version of this classic line of RV’s, this 1978 Datsun chassis set up and its futuristic fiberglass camper is a rolling art-ifact.

Chinook’s compact motorhomes with their modern designs continue to influence the industry. For more about Chinook’s history, see The Tin Can Tourist’s Chinook article charting the company’s designs from 1938 through the close of operation in 2005.
